If you connect third‑party services (e.g., Apple Health), we may receive nutrition, movement, or biometric‑related data, only with your consent.

  • Provide the core coach experience and nutritional insight features
  • Generate AI‑based insights, summaries, responses, and suggestions
  • Personalize your experience
  • Improve app performance and reliability
  • Communicate with you (e.g., support, updates, receipts)

We never sell your personal data.

3. How We Share Information

We share data with:

  • Trusted service providers (analytics, cloud hosting, customer support)
  • AI processing providers (e.g., OpenAI) to generate personalized insights, summaries, and coaching responses based on information you enter in the app
  • Payment processors for subscription activation
  • Third‑party integrations you authorize

When you use AI-powered features, information you enter — including coach check-in chats, food logs, profile details, goals, and check-ins — is securely transmitted to our AI service provider, OpenAI, for processing on our behalf. OpenAI processes this information solely to generate responses for Superbloom. We do not sell your personal data and do not permit our AI providers to use your personal information to train models outside of providing services to us.

Our AI service provider processes data pursuant to contractual obligations that require appropriate confidentiality, security, and data protection safeguards consistent with this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data, and we will delete it unless legally required to keep it.

5. Data Security

We use standard encryption, access controls, and industry‑standard safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure.
