Welcome to Superbloom, a product of Lightshift Health, Co. ("Lightshift," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Superbloom mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Superbloom. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service with parental or guardian consent.
2. Not Medical Advice
Superbloom provides general wellness, nutritional insights, journaling prompts, AI-generated reflections, and educational content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes related to diet, exercise, or health.
3. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us or our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Superbloom for illegal or harmful purposes
- Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service
- Upload harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual Property
All content in Superbloom—including text, designs, graphics, AI-generated UI, and branding—is owned by Lightshift Health, Co. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of your journal entries, logs, and other content you enter. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and analyze your content to provide and improve the Service.
8. AI-Generated Content and Processing
Superbloom uses artificial intelligence to generate information, summaries, insights, and personalized coaching responses.
To provide these features, information you enter in the app — including journal entries, food logs, profile details, goals, and check-ins — may be securely transmitted to our third-party AI service provider, OpenAI, for processing on our behalf.
OpenAI processes this information solely to generate responses and insights for Superbloom. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not permit our AI provider to use your personal information to train models outside of providing services to Superbloom.
All data is transmitted using encryption and appropriate technical safeguards.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You use AI-generated content at your own discretion and should not rely on it as medical advice.
9. Third-Party Services
We may integrate third-party tools (e.g., analytics, authentication, health integrations). These services have separate terms and privacy practices.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violating these Terms. You may stop using Superbloom at any time.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Superbloom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Lightshift Health, Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
